Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery

This is a surgical procedure to restore normal blood flow to an obstructed coronary artery.

Minimally Invasive Coronary Bypass Surgery (MICAS)

Coronary bypass surgery is usually done through a large 10-inch incision in front of the chest after cutting the sternum or breastbone. MICAS is a less-invasive, keyhole coronary bypass surgery carried out via the left chest through a small 5-cm incision without damaging any bones or muscles. It is assisted by a sophisticated camera to harvest bypass conduits and advanced instruments to join grafts.

Vascular Surgical Services

Disorders of the arteries, veins and lymphatics are treated by vascular services. A vascular specialist studies the condition thoroughly and plans suitable investigations and treatments, including lifestyle suggestions, drug therapy, interventional radiology and surgery. Distressing patient outcomes like limb amputations, strokes or unnecessary deaths can be reduced with the presence of a vascular specialist with profound experience in the field.
