Tips to keep your bones healthy & strong

As you age your bones become weak and fragile. Here are a few steps to keep your bones strong and healthy. Eat foods rich in calcium and Vitamin D, do weight-bearing exercise, avoid smoking as it lowers your estrogen level and is toxic for your cells. Women should get DXA bone density tests starting at age 65 and men starting at age 70. You can also take medication if needed.
