Is that a heat stroke?

KDAH

A heat stroke may happen to a person exposed to extremely hot temperatures. It is a medical emergency and can be fatal if not promptly and properly treated. Here are a few symptoms: confusion, agitation, disorientation, red hot dry skin, slurred speech, dizziness, loss of consciousness, the absence of sweating. Protect yourself from extreme heat, wear loose clothing, cover your head with a cap or scarf and avoid stepping out in peak afternoons if possible.
