HIV is found in the following bodily fluids of someone living with the virus. It can spread through contact with an infected person's fluid, like blood, semen, vaginal fluids, breast milk. There is not enough HIV virus in other bodily fluids, like saliva, sweat or urine, to transmit it from one person to another.
